An alumnus of the world's best Hospitality and Leisure Management School, École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Bruno held various Human Resources, large project management, operational, reorganization and Leadership roles for Fortune 100 and large multinational companies.
Over a decade of working for Royal Dutch Shell, he became a recognized subject matter expert in the field of Learning & Development -L&D- operations, learning facilities and services design as well as the design and delivery of large corporate events. His expertise lies as much with the “how” as the “what” in these areas.
